BuonMe information

Coffee quality & traceability

What to check when choosing BuonMe coffee, from origin and roast information to packaging and wholesale documentation.

Start with the product and the lot

Review the origin, roast level, package weight and preparation information on the product you select. Taste descriptions are a guide to the intended character, not a promise that every brewing method will produce identical results.

For wholesale procurement, ask us for the specifications and available documentation for the exact coffee and lot under discussion.

A clear roast choice

Our shop offers ready-listed coffee products. The signature roastery lets you explore a simulation and choose an approved purchasable recipe. The game is an introduction to roasting; it does not send a custom temperature curve directly to production.

Compare the package weight and price on each item. A signature bag and a standard shop product may have different weights and preparation options.

When your coffee arrives

Check the package, product name, weight and any preparation information supplied with your order. Tell us if anything is missing or inconsistent so we can investigate.

Store coffee sealed, away from heat, moisture and direct sunlight. Grind near brewing when your equipment allows, and use clean equipment and water suited to your recipe.

Documents for your requirements

Certification, laboratory reports and export specifications must be confirmed for the particular product or lot. Ask which documents are available before making a purchasing commitment. We do not treat a general sustainability description as proof of certification.
