Products, prices and availability

Read the weight, roast and preparation options for the item you select. Online prices are in USD. Product availability and current prices are checked again during checkout; an older basket or quote may need refreshing.

Wholesale, export and special packaging requirements are agreed through a separate written quotation. Displayed retail prices should not be interpreted as a bulk supply offer.

Placing and paying for an order

Submitting an order and completing payment are separate steps. Follow the payment method and instructions shown in your confirmation. A pending payment status does not mean that funds have been received.

Make sure the delivery information is complete and correct. Contact us before ordering if your destination, payment method or required delivery date is not supported.

Signature coffee

The roastery is a playful simulation that matches your result to an approved coffee recipe. A purchasable recipe has its own package weight, price and grind choices. Review the final selection before adding it to your basket.

Personalised text should be appropriate for printing and must not infringe another person’s rights. Contact us promptly if you need to change it after ordering.
